Sommes restées à 5 pendant 12 jours à l´occasion des championnats d´Europe d´athlétisme. Avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l´appartement et la proximité du métro ainsi que le parking gratuit : attention cependant aux dégâts à la carrosserie si vous avez une grosse voiture sans direction assistée ! Hello, My family spent two months in Tetuan and it was WONDERFUL. The flat is large and well-equipped -- 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lots of storage space. The location is GREAT! It is literally 15 feet from the metro station. You couldn´t be closer. And the area, Exemple, is beautiful, not too touristy, close to La Sagrada Familia, loaded with groceries, bakeries, etc.... The back terrace is unique and wonderful and the front balcony is a great place to drink a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the noises of Barcelona. We hope to come back next year.

En plus d´etre idéalement placé (à mi chemin entre les ramblas et le port olympique : 15 min à pied), cet appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé, l´accès à la terrasse de l´immeuble est simple et vous permettra de prendre vos petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et diners en plein air au soleil avec une vue incroyable sur le port.... !

La atención al cliente es extraordinaria. Los apartamentos están en perfecto estado: muy limpios, y totalmente equipados, no les falta ningún detalle, además de tener muebles muy modernos. Uno se siente como en su propia casa. Además los precios son asequibles y van acorde con la calidad de los apartamentos. Repetiremos el año que viene sin duda.

Appartment and welcome were great. The terrace is very nice. We were with 4 people and each had its own room (1 double room and 2 others). The beach is @ 3 min walk from the appartment. Transport to the center is very easy (15 min with the bus). But a lot of traffic just behind the bedrooms is generating much noise (don´t forget your earplugs ;-) ) People from the agency are really friendly and can help you at any moment!

Stayed for 4 days. Nice and pleasant neighborhood, a little outside the rush city center but with a convenient connection by metro to all the tourist sites. The apartment is modern and well equiped, on a first floor. However, the lift was not working (a problem if you want to bring your lugagge from and to the underground parking) and the building bureau was not always open during the stated working hours.

We stayed at barcelona4seasons fira 10 while in barcelona for the weekend and it was overall good. The apartment was clean and very affordable and the owner was accomodating. We were not quite sure about the location... it was close to the metro stop and a couple of stops from the city, but on the opposite side of the city from the beach. It was nice to be a little outside of the touristy/loud areas of the city. After staying there for a couple of days we felt safe but it took a little time to get familiar with the area. There are grocery store, bakery and fruit shops all right down the street so we really enjoyed using the kitchen to save money on food as well. Overall a good place to stay.

Hem estat allotjats aqui pel PS´10 tres nits molt ben comunicat amb la linia groga et situes al Born/Gòtic/Barceloneta en 10 minuts i sota el pis hi ha de tot, cafeteria, supermercat, peixateria, restaurants,... zona molt tranquila i sense sorolls! Repetirem fijo!

Hemos estado 5 dias, y la verdad es que todo resulto muy bien. Los apartamentos eran muy bonitos, y muy cómodos. La pega es que no funcionaban el ascensor, y como llebaba a un bebe, pues era un poco engorroso, subir y bajar por las escaleras. Pero era un 2º y se llevo muy bien. El trato muy bueno, Muy recomendables!

We spent four days in Fira Duplex C. The location allows easy access to the rest of the city via the Metro and there are plenty of options close to the apartment as well. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and perfectly arranged. It is hard to express how impressed we were with both the facility and Susana, who was extremely helpful. El apartamento es bastante amplio, tal y como se describe en la publicidad. Está muy bien situado a pocos minutos andando estás en Plaza Cataluña, Ramblas, etc, muy bien comunicado con el bus, metro, cerca tienes supermercados... En definitiva, estuve muy cómoda como si estuviera en casa, (fui por motivos médicos y me sentí muy cómoda) además tenía de todo lo que uno necesita en una casa el único punto negativo es que la limpieza deben molestarse un poco más, yo personalmente lo hablé con el casero, un señor muy agradable por cierto, y me dijo que lo tendrá en cuenta y por tanto le dará más caña a la señora de la limpieza así que en definitiva lo recomiendo!!!

Hemos repetido este año para ir a las carreras y , como el año pasado, estamos encantadas. Todo perfecto, Susana un encanto (el detalle de no cobrarnos la fianza estuvo muy bien jeje), el apartamento estupendo, totalmente equipado y, algo que nos ha gustado más este año, es que ambas habitaciones eran independientes (el año pasado hubo que dormir en la sala..) el apartamento nueva construcción, limpio y bastante cómodo, aunque los sofás bastante incomodos. la cocina estaba un poco escasa de útiles. lo peor era el ruido que solía formarse en la calle por la cuál se accedía al apartamento. la callejuela de acceso desde la rambla bastante sinuosa si se llega por la noche y mucho mejor el acceso desde la calle de los apartamentos gutemberg. el recibimiento fué muy bueno y no tuvimos ningún problema durante la estancia. el aire acondicionado funcionó estupendamente, pués nos tocaron días de frío. por lo demás bien.

El apartamento es bastante amplio, en muy buena zona junto a supermercados, restaurantes, metro, autobus... y con vistas increibles desde el balcon con la Sagrada Familia justo delante. Todo estaba bastante limpio, con todo lo necesario en cocina y baños e incluso ordenador con internet. El trato recibido fue muy bueno en todo momento dándonos todo tipo de información y facilidades para que nos sintieramos cómodos. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Barcelona inolvidable, esperamos volver.

Rien à dire sur le confort de l´appartement , plus est , les magasins sont à notre porte fruits légumes viande et boulangerie L´accueil à la reception est superbe , avec une Susana à l´écoute du client , et parlant le français . parking gratuit , chose non négligeable , car à Barcelone c´est 20 euros par jour . Toutefois , une petite remarque , la disponibilité qu´à partir de 17 h ; 14 h 00 , serait un horaire acceptable Hébergement à recommander pour des séjours de plusieurs nuités

Très bel appartement, très propre, bien équipé, agréable, bien conçu, très bien situé. Parking pour la voiture. WiFI, tout fonctionne. Accueil sympathique. Je recommande vraiment cette location. Tres bel appartement, neuf et tre spropre ! tres calme ! un reel plaisir à qqs minutes de metro des sites à voir à Barcelone seul inconvénient : l´eau chaude alimenté en solaire qui oblige à espacer de 20 minutes en théorie (en pratique plutot 30) la troisieme douche...bref attendre 20 minutes toutes les deux douches pas pratique quand on est 4! mais à ce prix et pour cette qualité de prestation, on s´adapte ! merci bcp !

This was a great place to stay. A little away from the more touristy areas so calmer and the restaurants and pubs were a little cheaper. There was a supermarket close by to get groceries and transportation was convenient. The apartment was new and very well appointed and the staff very friendly and helpful.

El apartamento muy moderno, muy bien equipado no le faltaba nada, la cocina completísima y límpia . Además tenía wi-fi y parking subterraneo donde dejamos el coche al llegar y no lo movimos hasta la salida, pues estaba situado muy cerca del metro y en muy buena zona. Recomendable.

The apartment is in a very good location, in an area that is calm and close to the metro. Good restaurants are in walking distance, which is much appreciated after a day in the tourist area Catalunya/Las Ramblas. The apartment is very well equipped and modern, and was suitable for 4 adults and 2 young children. The underground parking spot was much appreciated. The only problem we had was that the water was cold after one person had showered and we had to either take a refreshing cold shower or wait a while for the water to warm up again! Nevertheless, a good address that I would recommend to others.

Appartement neuf très agréable, relativement calme (si les voisins ne font pas trop la fête la nuit...) et très bien équipé (il y a même un lecteur DVD !). Nous avons apprécié l´accueil très sympathique et le parking , inclus dans le prix de la location. A proximité de la station de métro plaça de Sants, très pratique ! Les ascenseurs parking et résidence n´étaient pas encore en service, il faut penser à décharger le véhicule avant de le garer en sous-sol... Seul vrai bémol : la literie, pas franchement confortable (attention aux dos et cervicales fragiles !). La luminosité de l´appartement est un peu faible, mais les éclairages sont prévus en conséquence. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est parfait pour visiter Barcelone !

Nous avons passé une semaine plus qu´agréable et confortable à barcelone. This apartment is in a great location, very near Sants station and just off the tourist bus route. There were lots of local shops, bars and restaurants which were not overpriced. We needed an apartment with car parking space so this was ideal. The lift from the underground car park was out of order. Had we realised before we parked the car, we would have unloaded the car before parking underground. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable for us (couple with an adult daughter). It would have been crowded for more than 4. I would recommend this apartment for anyone needing an apartment with parking.

L´appartement est spacieux, calme, bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à Barcelone. A proximité de la Viladomat, il y a le métro (Poble sec/ Paral-lel) au choix. On trouve également la navette vers l´aéroport (place d´Espagne)-au pire si vous êtes trop juste, il y a des taxis à proximité. La Place Catalunya/ Las Ramblas sont également proches. Des supérettes et des primeurs au pied de la résidence. C´était vraiment l´idéal pour nous et Maria est super sympathique et rigolote. Je pense qu´on y reviendra. Merci encore

ottimo soggiorno, ottima disponibilità del parcheggio, tutto bene, ampio ed attrezzato, ottima disponibilotà all´arrivo ed alla partenza, però: poca privacy rispetto alla strada: bisognava abbassare completamente le finestre alla sera; il riscaldamento tende a convogliarsi sul soppalco dovè c´è il letto matrimoniale, su è caldissimo e giù si sta benino; per fortuna eravamo una famiglia con bambini: se fossimo state due coppie, x es, la privacy sarebbe stata impossibile visto che si tratta, sostanzialemnte di un unico ambiente.

We chose this two bedroom apartment in Barcelona (Gracia) mainly for its terrace. We wanted somewhere to stretch out and enjoy a cool drink after schlepping around the city. This part and the lounge behind it were excellent. The second bedroom was below standard. At the far end was a short corridor leading towards the stairs and elevator without a proper wall between and no working lock to secure it from the outside. The adult using that room had to tolerate the noisy lift and the stairwell being used well into the night and early morning. The light from the stairwell could not be turned off and the room became very hot and stuffy if the door was closed. The kitchen was just OK but very small. The main bedroom was small but quiet and comfortable. This is really only a one-bedroom apartment with space for a small child. As a two bedroom apartment it is overpriced.

This was my second time in the apartment. As per my first visit I found the staff to be very helpful on arrival. The location of the apartment is very convenient and close to most things that Barcelona has to offer. You will need to leard to use the Metro which is very easy and cheap. A taxi to the Rambla is 7 Euro. There are supermarkets and very affordable restaurants in the immediate area. The hair dresser across is the road is extremely good. Highly recommended and excellent value.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days with some friends. It´s a lovely apartment with lots of space and very conveniently located. It´s about a 12 minute walk to La Rambla and to the beach but far enough away from all the other tourists! It´s located in the trendy area of Born so there´s lots to keep you entertained right on your doorstep. The owners were brilliiant and very friendly.

The apartment representative was friendly and helpful. The apartment did have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. Unfortunately, there were some things about the apartment that were disappointing considering the extremely high price (over $315/night). We are a family of six, and there was only one bathroom. The apartment had no view whatsoever and was a bit distant from the main tourist sites. You have to catch the metro or walk a good distance. There was no swimming pool or other such amenities. The hot water ran out a few times. And our parking slot was three levels down. Driving a large vehicle to the slot was most challenging. Overall, a servicable apartment, but for the location, amenities, and quality, it was WAY overpriced!

The staff at the apartment were very helpful and friendly. We used the apartment as a base for attending a 5 day conference in Barcelona. It was very well located in a quiet residential area, with several local bars and restaurants, supermarket and chemist. It was incredibly easy to get into the center of town or anywhere as it was very close to Sans train and metro station as well as bus stop. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, furnished to a high standard, comfortable and very well equipped. It included free wifi access, TV with children and buisness channels and excellent air conditioning. I would happily recommend these apartments to both families and people on business. It maybe to quiet for the younger traveler who may like to be based closer to Las Ramblas.

Nous avons louer pendant 2 semaines. L´appartement est neuf.La description correspond bien à l´annonce. Il est moderne, très bien équipé.Le système appart-hotel est très intéressant (tous les jours il y a quelqu´un si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, le ménage et changement de drap a été fait 2 fois pendant notre séjour).Le + c´est le parking souterrain gratuit.Le quartier est calme et proche de toute les commodités nécessaire (supermarché, marchand de fruit, boulangerie etc...).Le métro place de Sants se situe à 200m de l´apprartement ainsi que le bus (n°157 ou 57) qui mène directement à la plage (environ 35 minutes de l´apart).Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement (ainsi que tous les autres de cette résidence car ils sont tous aménagé à l´identique).

j´ai passé un excellent séjour dans l´appartement. il est très confortable, bien situé, le soleil jusqu´à passé 20 heures, bien équipé (vaisselle), une belle salle de bains et une plus petite, les chambres sont spacieuses avec des grands placards, bien situé par rapport à la plage et au premier petit supermarché (Valvi). nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir prendre tous les repas sur la terrasse, avec une belle vue. il est très au calme. je le recommande. si l´année prochaine je décide de retourner pour mes vacances en Espagne, je le reprendrai les yeux fermés. les personnes de l´agence sont très disponibles et à l´écoute. merci.

This is an ideal location for toruing the Bari Gotic and Les Ramblas area (15 minute walk.) Yet it is far enough away you can rest from the madness. It is located in the even cooler location of Born which is a bit less crowded but still has the old village Barcelona charm. It has easy access to the subway and is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself definetly lived up to it´s expectations and 4 Seasons did a professional job of getting us setup.

I recommend Apartamento Picasso if you want great accommodation in Barcelona. The location is excellent, in El Born, next to bars and restaurants, and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach or Ramblas. The appartment is beautifully decorated, and has got a small balcony where you can sit (you won´t fit a table there though!) and have a drink. Bathroom is superb. A request for the team: please be kind enough to provide toilet paper and soap. People come straight from the airport, don´t know where the shops are, and these are basic and cheap items any appartment should have.

L´appartement est très agréable. très bien agencé et très confortable. Le fait d´avoir 2 salles de bain est appréciable. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse. La proximité de la plage est un confort supplémentaire. Dommage, que ce soit un peu bruyant avec le passage des voitures, plus marqué la nuit et l´arrêt de l´autobus de ligne aux fenêtres des chambres.

We were a group of 6 people and the appartment was excellent! It was new, in a very good state, clean, well-designed and close to the metro stop from where the centre could be reached within 10 min. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommendable. It would be great if there were a second mirror somewhere in the appartment. Either in the hall/corridor or in the bedrooms. This would avoid traffic jam in the bathroom when being 6 people.

Das Appartement hat eine hervorragende Ausstattung, wir waren 7 Leute und es ist ausreichend Platz zum wohl fühlen vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Strand, diverse Restaurants, Hafen, Rambla, U.Bahn Barceloneta, ca. 300 m bis zur Estacio Francia - super Verbindung zum Flughafen. Jeder Gruppe, die einige Tage in Barcelona verbringen möchte, kann dieses Appartement ohne Einschränkungen empfohlen werden. Bei später Abreise besteht auch die Möglichkeit, in Absprache mit Frau Maria, das Gepäck im Büro (3 min. zu Fuß vom App.) zu deponieren. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder.

My girlfriend and I spend a long weekend in the apartement Picasso in the Born district. We had a fantastic time there. The apartment is great for both short and long term stay and the placement right in the center of the Born district couldn´t be better. From here you are in short walking distance of the beach, the port, the Rambla, the Cathedral and everything else that Barcelona has to offer. The Born district itself is by my opinion the most exiting in Barcelona with its small and fashionable shops, cousy tapas restaurents and bars. Not to mention that it is one of the safer areas in Barcelona at all times. We didn´t have any problems that required special assistance from the staff at Barcelona4seasons but they were always just a phonecall away, and the few questions we had were quickly answered. We can only recomend this apartment and we only hope that it is available the next time we go to Barcelona. Regards John K. Nielsen

El apartamento está muy bien. Ya es la segunda vez que nos alojamos allí y nos encanta. Crítica: el precio del apartamento es algo elevado. Yo apostaría por un ajuste. El papel higiénico escaso. Tuvimos que comprar. Hago una sugerencia: debido a que casi todo el mundo llega en avión y, ya que no se pueden llevar champús, jabones líquidos, etc., sería todo un detalle que nos esperaran esos botecitos pequeños en el baño. Finalmente, con respecto a Mireia, María y Margarita, todo perfecto. Nada más. Un saludo.

El piso era nuevo, espacioso , agradable y bien equipado. Perfecto para nuestras necesidades. En cuanto al trato con Mireia y María han sido serviciales, profesionales y eficientes. Una forma diferente y muy recomendable de alojarse en Barcelona.

L´appartement était très bien conçu. L´accueil sympatique. l´adresse est un peu confuse car le numéro 14 se trouve au numéro 15. L´appartement est très bien situé pour une découverte de la ville de Barcelone. La terrasse à l´étage est superbe pour des petits déj.

El apartamento es perfecto para ir muchas personas, todo nuevo o casi nuevo, cocina espaciosa, salon-estar amplio, cuartos independientes, además esté en una zona estupenda para hacer turismo por la ciudad...lo recomiendo!!

Apt. Picasso is an excellent place with an amazing interior desine,balcony and perfect location in old part of bcn just 5 min. Of walk to the metro station,15 min. To the beach and 15 min. To La Rambla St. If you decide to choose this apt. You won`t be dissapointed. You have there just everything what you need including perfect equipped kitchen, tv and an iron ;)
